B2B Account Offboarding: Upon termination of a wholesale relationship or vendor account, we will retain business data only for as long as required by applicable tax, trade, and legal obligations (typically 7 years under Indian tax law). Upon expiry of the mandatory retention period, business data will be securely deleted or anonymised. B2B partners may request confirmation of data deletion by contacting us in writing.
